As an alternative to new parts, we also offer repair/exchange parts.
You exchange your damaged part for a repaired spare part.
Your advantage: cost-efficient supply of spare parts for expensive parts.
Our repair/exchange parts are indicated by an “R” next to the article number.
Order processing:
You order a repair/exchange part via this webshop.
On dispatch, the repair/exchange part is billed for the price of a new part.
You return your damaged part with 30 days of your order (60 days for overseas shipments), in clearly identifiable form, to ism-technic GmbH.
As soon as we have received your damaged part, you will receive credit worth 45% of the new price. This process gives you a repair/exchange price of 55% of the new price.
Excluded from this offer are programming consoles which are offered at a special repair/exchange price.
Please note:
Once this period has ended, non-returned damaged parts will be written off and credit will no longer be possible. This process cannot be applied when repairs to damaged parts are clearly impossible.
